The mission of Shayna B's & the Pickle as a socially aware business is to provide delicious wheat-free/gluten-free vegan treats by using  locally grown and/or organic  products.  
All packaging used is 100% compostable.

Shayna B's & the Pickle is operated out of Ashford, Connecticut. Christine Reed, owner and operator, began developing her own baked goods ~ all are vegan and wheat-free/gluten-free~ when family and friends expressed frustration with finding delicious desserts that met their dietary needs.  Sample menu items include: Sherry's Wheat-free Chocolate Cake and Wheat-free Wendy's (blonde brownies).
